The Nursing Officer will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.
Monitor patients' condition, vital signs, and response to treatment, and report significant changes promptly.
Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols and patient safety standards.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and treatments as required.
